Hansini's journey began in the realm of psychology, laying the foundation for her career in organisational behaviour and management practice. Drawing from personal experiences as an employee, a leader, an immigrant, and an ethnic minority person, Hansini has traversed workplaces in the UK, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand. These diverse experiences provided her with unique insights into the dynamics of leadership, psychological safety and workplace inclusion.
